  Summer - Fall  2010 Field Trips  It is suggested that you let leaders know that you are going on a trip In case of last minute changes."  All field trips are open to the public free of charge. --- Beginners are welcome to all programs and field trips. There will be experienced birders to help out the beginners on field trips.

Bergen County Audubon Society will be running two field trips a month in partnership with the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission.  The trips are scheduled for the first Sunday  and the third Tuesday of the month, covering various locations in the Meadowlands.  The trips begin at 10:00 AM - for meeting location, contact - Leader - Don Torino (201) 636-4022 -  Email greatauk4@aol.com.

Kevin Karlson Day at DeKorte Park With NJMC and BCAS
Noted shorebird expert and nature photographer Kevin Karlson will be at DeKorte for a day’s worth of free events, beginning with a two-hour bird walk at 8:30 a.m. Other events include a slide show/talk and a seminar on bird identification.
