January 16 - Members’ Night. February 20 - "Know the Bear
Facts" presented by Michelle Ruggiero of NJ Fish & Wildlife. The program covers the natural history and biology of black bears with practical
information on coexisting with black bears in New Jersey. March 19 - "Screech Owls"
presented by Jim Wright and Jerry Barrack.
The program presents an
amazing and intimate look at Screech Owls, as well as what is happening at the
Celery Farm in Allendale. April 16 - "Dragonflies &
Damselflies" presented by George Nixon,
founder of Jersey Odonate
Enthusiasts (Joe). A program in three parts covers the ecology and natural
history of odes, how to identify odes, and some you may run into out in the
